We start with physical movement to shift your state. Not yoga. Not gentle. Honest physical release that gets you out of your head and into your body. You cannot release from your head. It has to come through the body first.
Then we vent. Properly. No sanitizing, no reframing too soon. Swearing is not just allowed, it is part of the process. Affect labeling, putting the exact, strong word on what you feel, is how your nervous system starts to regulate. Science backs it.
Once the noise clears, clarity tends to show up on its own. We look at what is underneath and figure out what, if anything, you want to do next.
